Our options for your service contract
Your support contract is not sufficient, and you require constant service from us, or you would like to book us for the resolution of issues or operational disruptions in the ERP system for a specific duration. We offer three different service levels: Service Basic, Service Comfort, and Service Premium. Each service level has four different duration options: S, M, L, and XL. For each type of service contract, you pay a one-time contract price.
In this case, the individual deployments are billed separately according to the service deployment price per hour (based on effort), in relation to the service contract, which guarantees you the corresponding availability, response time, possible type of deployment, as well as the deployment price for the chosen duration.

Premium Service
