Support contracts
Our options for your support contract
The project is complete, and you still require support after the go-live of your project. We offer three different support levels: Support Basic, Support Comfort, and Support Premium. For each type of support contract, you pay a one-time contract fee.
In this case, the individual deployments are billed separately according to the support service price per hour (based on effort), in relation to the support contract, which guarantees you the corresponding availability, response time, possible type of deployment, as well as the deployment price for the chosen duration.

Support Basic

Support Comfort
- Availability: Mon-Fri, 8am-8pm
- Reaction time: 24 hours
- Type of deployment: Remote
- Duration: 30 days
- Support deployment price: 5% discount on standard*
Support Premium
- Availability: Mon-Sat, 8am-8pm
- Reaction time: 8 hours
- Type of deployment: Remote and Onsite**
- Duration: 45 days
- Support deployment price: 10% discount on standard*

We also offer you service contracts with a duration of three to twelve months.
