We work with SAP® or Odoo® like a puzzle: We fit all the pieces together precisely into a harmonised and effective system, so that we can incorporate changed or new requirements at any time and thus fully utilise the advantages of an integrated ERP system.
You have an existing ERP system (SAP®, Odoo®, Oracle®, Sage®, infor®, etc.) and would like to transform the system to SAP® S/4HANA. We support you in this challenging and complex task with our pre-conceived and immediately ready-to-start project methodology CIME360° Compass Implementation Methodology Express. You can choose between the Greenfield, Brownfield, or our Navyfield approach. Together, we will determine which approach best suits your needs in a workshop.
You do not yet have an ERP system in place and would like to introduce one for your business activities and processes in the SAP® or Odoo® system. We support you in selecting the appropriate modules/LoBs (Lines of Business) and accompany you through the implementation pre-project, main project, and gladly also after the Go-Live in the MaintenanceFalcon phase.
You have already implemented SAP® ECC 6.0 or SAP® S/4HANA, and you have limited time resources to deal with incoming incidents or software maintenance. We support you with our Falcon Care Centres even from the MaintenanceFalcon phase.
You have a lot of requirements to implement in the system, and in doing so, you lose track of what has been implemented, when, and by whom. We bring structure through our release management, which is part of the Falcon Care Center, into your SAP® or Odoo® system.
