Hello! My name is Michael and I am a consultant with over 16 years of experience in business processes as well as the ERP software SAP®. In the SAP® world, I have been able to build extensive know-how in the SAP® modules/LoBs SD (Sales and Distribution), CS/SM (Customer Service), PM/EAM (Plant Maintenance), QM (Quality Management), MM (Materials Management and Purchasing) as well as TRM (Treasury Management) and the associated business processes. Additionally, I have extensive experience in mobile maintenance/service applications, such as FSM (Field Service Management) and SSAM (Service and Asset Manager).
Furthermore, I am familiar with integration scenarios involving HRM (Human Resource Management), workflow, CRM, EWM (Inventory Management), EHS (Environmental Health and Safety), CatMan, and SolMan.
I have been able to gain valuable experience in various (international) projects in different roles.
